Palio's is committed to those suffering from gluten allergies.  We offer both gluten free pizzas and gluten free pastas.  Our dough is made fresh in house.  You may start with one of our gluten free sauces which includes our homemade pizza sauce, homemade pesto or olive oil.  Then add toppings of your choice.  Our meatballs are the only unavailable topping.    Our pastas are made from quinoa.  You may top it with one of our gluten free sauces which includes our homemade pasta sauce, homemade pesto, or olive oil.  Finish your pasta with our ground beef, fresh veggies or mozzarella cheese!  At Palio's we understand the importance of cross-contamination.  We do everything from sanitizing our mixers, using different utensils, gloves, and different pans for pastas.  We work diligently with our staff to maintain a safe environment for you and your family to enjoy all of our gluten free products!  We are currently working on delicious gluten free desserts!  Come and see us soon.  Palio's would love to be your choice for delicious gluten free dining!
